are organized for the following purposes:

* To encourage the highest possible scholastic achievement, excellence of individual, performance, and appreciation of superior music.

* To aid and provide support to band programs in any way possible and assist in it's recruitment efforts.

* To increase the visibility and enhance the positive image of bands through active community involvement.

To instill positive unity between primary and secondary band programs.

* To eradicate bullying and hazing in any matter, shape, or form.
