Youth ages 7–17 can apply to participate in our Youth Entrepreneur Program.

🎣 Welcome Jamie Newton – Our New Sport Fishing Project Leader! 🎣

Help us give a warm Stockton Seekers 4-H welcome to Jamie Newton, our new Sport Fishing Project Leader!

Jamie is a passionate fisherman, spending most of his time chasing that next big one. His personal best? A massive 8.19-lb largemouth bass — proof that patience (and the right lure) pays off. His go-to “lucky lure” is a jerk bait, and he swears by the power of slowing down, reading the water, and waiting for the right moment.

What excites him most about this new role is teaching kids a life-long skill — not just how to cast a line, but how to slow down, watch, learn, and appreciate the outdoors.

Hi everyone! 👋
I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as the new Stockton Seekers 4-H Club Leader. I’m so excited to continue the great work that’s already been happening here and help keep things organized, fun, and encouraging for our members.

4-H has always been about learning by doing, building strong leaders, and giving back to our community — and I’m honored to help carry that mission forward with y’all. 💚

This upcoming year, we’ll be focusing on club growth and career development opportunities for our members. That means we’re not just having fun (though we’ll do plenty of that too!), but also building skills that will prepare our kids for their futures.

👉 We’d love to welcome new faces — especially older youth who want to take on leadership roles and grow alongside us. So please, invite your friends, share the page, and spread the word!

And to our parents, community members, and local small business owners - we need your help too! Your experience, knowledge, and support can open doors for our youth. Whether it's leading a workshop, mentoring, or offering job shadowing opportunities, you play a huge role in helping our kids see what's possible for their future careers.

I can’t wait to see how God continues to grow this club and the amazing things our members will accomplish together. 🌱✨
