This face ❤️

This is the face of hope. Of safety. Of relief and of security. That long, deep sigh of contentment that says "Ah... finally." This is a face that Lodi Animal Services Foundation said YES to when he desperately needed a helping hand.

Paco arrived at the shelter with red, painfully irritated skin, hair loss throughout his body, severely overgrown nails, and two masses- one of which had progressed to the point of painful ulceration. We asked the LASF to cover the costs of surgery to remove and biopsy the masses. Without hesitation, they said YES and he was off to our friends at Mokelumne River Veterinary Services, who provided top-notch surgery and care.

Skin cleansed and medicated, masses removed, nails trimmed- Paco is feeling like a brand-new man. He is recovering beautifully, and ready to start his next big adventure (your couch)!!

Want to help more animals like Paco get a second chance? All donations to Lodi Animal Services Foundation go right back into the animals in our care❤️

Our hearts are full. Tony’s Pizza continues to show incredible support for Lodi Animal Services and the dogs who deserve a fresh start. All adoption fees for the dogs on the flyers have been waived.

These pups are getting a real second chance, and you can help by sharing their stories, stopping by Tony’s for a slice, and reminding our community what compassion looks like. Lunch, dinner, game night, or a quick meeting — Tony’s Pizza is the place to be.

Let’s get these sweet dogs home.

Pairing with Lodi animal shelter and Lodi animal services to bring some attention to some cute pups! Help save a life!!!
