A big THANK YOU goes out to the team from Pacific Homecare for helping out with our fruit and vegetable garden. The garden was in need of some TLC today, and many hands made for light work before the sun got too hot. Our garden provides a farm to fork experience for the youth and young adults that reside here, and summer is an especially great time to have some help!

Thank you to Craig Stevens and team at California Water Service for including Children's Home of Stockton in a fun day at The Ports Baseball Game! Thanks To our staff enjoyed a free hotdog and soda and saw the Ports win their game against the San Jose Giants. It was a win for everyone! Congratulations to Cal Water on 100 Years of Service!

Being at risk of homelessness, food insecurities, and mental health challenges can be overwhelming for almost anyone. In our Catalyst program, youth ages 18-25 are in an environment where those concerns disappear and they're able to focus on the goals of becoming a successful adult. Yesterday was a great celebration of our TAY/Catalyst Youth and we are saying Congratulations to Lesliy, Angel, and Isabelle on graduating High School!

Yesterday was both productive and informative at the 2026 Community Philanthropy Summit. Thank you to San Joaquin Community Foundation and United Way of San Joaquin County for hosting this event. Our CEO Joelle Gomez was a featured panelist and we had a chance to network and strategize all things donor relations and philanthropy with our other community partners. Shout out to and just to name a few!

We appreciate opportunities to share all about the great programs here at CHS as well as the success that both foster youth and young adults achieve while living here.
