Fresh Ignite Youth is officially back in session! Minister Josh kicked things off by leading a powerful Conflict Resolution session centered on "Honor." We also had the privilege of celebrating and honoring our amazing grandparents for the incredible blessings they are to our youth. To all the grandparents out there we love and appreciate you more than words can express. Thank you for your love, your wisdom, and for always leading the way! ❤️A special thanks to Ms. Jada for preparing a delicious breakfast for our kids!

We ended VBS night 3 with a blast!🌪️

In Mark 4:39 we learned about Gods amazing power and how he’s in control even when it may seem like he’s asleep in the boat. Everyone face storms and sometimes life feels overwhelming and out of control. Just as Jesus calm the sea of Galilee, he can bring peace to our heart in the middle of life’s storms. We can remember his words “peace be still” when everything seems out of control. We were reminded that there is peace found in Jesus. Just as Jesus calmed the Sea of Galilee and control the weather, Jesus is in control of our life. He can bring us peace and control our anxiety and hearts.

VBS Night 2 was 🔥
We discussed how God is with us through the fire! Our students learned that faith isn’t just about believing that God can save us but trusting Him even when situations feel overwhelming. 😰

This was demonstrated through the Bible story of the Fiery Furnace, where Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to bow down to any other gods even when their lives were at stake. 🤯

The same God who stood with them in the Furnace, stands with us in our stress, through life’s pressures and in our hardest moments. ❤️

God doesn’t just rescue us from the fire… He steps into it with us! 💪🏾

Night one of VBS was amazing!
Theme: God is with us through it all”

Tonight we learned about Moses and the Red Sea. God saved the Israelites just as He said He would. He was with them every step of the way. Even when they were afraid and couldn’t see a way, God made a way! God never left his people THEN and he will never leave us NOW. Just as God had a plan for the Israelites he has a plan us too. -17 ✌🏽
