Today the Children and Youth Task Force met in county board chambers to hear presentations from community based organizations who were awarded funding from the American Rescue Plan to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic to children and families. We are blown away by the outcomes.

Incredible work done by HealthForce Partners California, County Behavioral Health, 211SJ, San Joaquin Community Foundation, CAPC of San Joaquin County, San Joaquin A+, and Human Services Agency.

Thank you to the San Joaquin County Supervisors who authorized these funds and celebrated the wins with us today. These collaborations are a shining example of what can happen through partnerships between government and community based organizations.
