Complaining is contagious and can destroy the start of a beautiful day. As we return to work after a vacation, there's a tendency to complain when our mind has yet to accept our return back to work. It's an effortless state to be in; however, we have a choice to think differently. Honor God. Think positive. Maybe this feeling is a message for us to make some adjustments to bring passion and purpose back into your lives.

Walking by faith in the Lord is not an easy path. It comes fraught with a journey of constantly recognizing we aren't perfect, seeking and maintaining peace around us, or even living with honor and integrity. But learning to grow and walk according to God's commands is part of a relationship with God. Don't turn up your nose, it's not too hard! Along the path you will be rewarded and blessed greatly. Are you regularly seeking to learn more of God's ways?

Does the Lord answer your prayers? Yes. Although, it may not always be "yes". The answer could be "no". Or it could be a simple "not now". Be encouraged to know God's love for you is so deep He will always be there to take care of you. If times get tough and too hard to bear, get down on your knees and share with Him. He will meet you there as you are.

You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. (NLT) ( Colossians 2:13 )

Do you behave like someone who has been forgiven of their sinful nature? Do you dance with joy, sing out loud, and forgive those who wrong you? These are only a few qualities of a forgiven person. If not, focus on the undeserved grace you've been given, then you can experience the joy. God has wiped away our sins, so let's act like it.

Worship and praise today was truly "Victorious". The presence of the Lord was most prevalent in Christ Redeeming Center today. Our Pastor has been calling us into action when we are in the presence of the Lord. Today Christ Redeeming Center answered that challenge with open hearts, songful tongues, joyful hands, and happy feet. We must now accept the challenge to love ALL of our brothers, and sisters whom we can see. Just as we love our father whom we cannot see. -Amen
