Kidsdata.org notes that “children are at greater risk of developing health problems due to pollutants compared to mature adults. The Association for Criminal Justice Research - California held a highly successful spring conference last week (ACJR-CA's 85th semi-annual meeting). Presenters spoke on topics ranging from gun violence and police community interactions to data innovations and re-entry. This epidemiological analysis evaluates the extent to which the people who will become subjects of gun violence can be predicted by modeling gun violence as an epidemic that is transmitted between individuals through social interactions.
