Now, both venues have seen action from the Minor League Baseball’s Stockton Ports, NBA G League’s Stockton Kings, and a long list of respected sports teams. 🏀⚾️

Dallas Braden’s passion for baseball started in Stockton, California where he grew up playing Little League ⚾️ He attended Stagg High School and competed as a student athlete in baseball and cross country.

In 2001, he was drafted by the Atlanta Braves. Throughout the years he played for the Oakland Athletics, Vancouver Canadians, Kane County Cougars, Stockton Ports, Midland RockHounds, Arizona League Athletics, and Sacramento River Cats 🏆

After retiring, Dallas remained in the baseball world and started his broadcasting career with ESPN 🎥

Tony Calvelli (1915-1979) is best known for his time as an NFL lineman for the Detroit Lions & San Francisco 49ers 🏈

He was born in Stockton, California and attended Stockton High School before moving to the Bay Area for college and getting drafted in the 1939 NFL Draft.
