Today, the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Foundation hosted our annual Retiree Luncheon, and it was an incredible afternoon of reconnecting, laughing, and looking back on generations of shared history.

From good food to hearing legendary stories from the field, today was filled with decades of knowledge, dedication, and unforgettable memories.

No matter how many years pass, once you’re part of this family, you’re always part of it.

Thank you to all our retirees who dedicated their careers to serving San Joaquin County, it was an honor to have you all back together today!

Yesterday, the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Foundation joined local law enforcement agencies in honoring the lives and legacies of the brave peace officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

From the Peace Officer Memorial ceremony at the Stockton Police Department to the remembrance held here at the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, we came together as a community to reflect, honor, and remember.

The San Joaquin County Sheriffs Foundation remains committed to supporting those who serve and ensuring the sacrifices of our fallen heroes are never forgotten.

CARES Recipient Throwback

We’re taking a moment to recognize Deputy Alves, a past San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Foundation CARES recipient whose impact continues to be felt in our community. Beyond the badge, Deputy Alves dedicates his time to coaching youth in the Manteca Futbol Club, mentoring young athletes and building strong connections with the next generation.
