The beginning of this season has been filled with mixed emotions. Our hearts have been broken but our strength as a team has brought out the best in our swimmers. Each time I have been on the starting dock, our kids come up with a smile, a focus to swim their own personal best and an attitude filled with grace to their teammates and competitors. These swimmers bring out the best in each other each time they get on the starting block. They encourage one another and help each other reach for their goals. As a new swimmer said to me tonight, "I love being part of this swim team", I couldn't agree more ,and I am so proud to be part of this Swim Team, community and this wonderful group of kids. Congratulations to all of our swimmers, parents and Coaches on working so hard at every Meet and practice. - Carla
