Joe will be resizing the skating rink on Saturday, October 10th! The time is still TBD, but we’ll share details as soon as they’re finalized.

Anyone willing to come out and lend a hand would be greatly appreciated! Every extra set of hands makes the job easier.

🍂📚 THE STORYWALK IS BACK but MOVED (a bit)! 📚🍂

We’re excited to invite everyone to come check out the newest book along the Stockholm Community StoryWalk, "Fletcher and the Falling Leaves" by Julia Rawlinson 🦊🍁

Bring the kiddos, head out to the John Anderson Memorial Field, and enjoy a little adventure through the woods while reading the story along the way!

📍 START & END: John Anderson Memorial Field
➡️ Start at the well casing just behind the backstop area.

🗺️ Printed maps will be available at the start by tomorrow afternoon. Until then, we’ve included a digital version of the map right here to help you find your way!

🌿 KIDDOS, KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN! 👀
Along the way, see if you can spot these plants:

🌾 Cat Tails

🤍 Pearly Everlasting: Rub them together and they feel like confetti! 🎉

🌾 Wool Grass: That shaggy stuff you see hanging over!

💜 Asters: A beautiful purple flower! Keep your eyes out for the tricolored bumblebees getting ready for winter! 🐝

🌼 Coltsfoot: Our earliest flowering plant for the pollinators, but busily growing all season long!

🌰 Common Burdock: Nature’s VELCRO! 😆

And don’t worry about getting lost! Mr. Alden didn’t want ANYONE wandering off course, so if you get turned around, just look for the blazes on the ground and follow them along the trail. 🔴

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kids, keep track of your parents 😉 and everyone have some fun exploring!

Heading to Concert in the Park? Here’s what you need to know!

📍 PARKING
The main parking area is at the Stockholm Boat Landing.

🚶‍♀️ From the Landing, use the access trail and follow the signs leading to the back of the ballfield.

♿ Need assistance walking?
Please let the parking attendants know when you arrive at the Landing. They will provide specific instructions on where you can park for easier access.

🚧 STATION STREET ACCESS
The Station Street access road will be closed for this event.

🛞 ATV ACCESS
ATV entrance will be off the railbed near Main Street.

🎟️ GATES & ADMISSION
Ages 4 and under: FREE
Ages 5 to 10: $5
Ages 11 and up: $15

🍻 B**R GARDEN
Please have your ID ready! Everyone will be ID’d at the gate and may be asked to show ID again at the b**r garden entrance.
