The Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc. YOTM is an all-inclusive program that teaches youth and young adults how to seek, gain and maintain The Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc.

(RCE) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that works with partners in recruitment, training, placement and mentoring for unemployed, disadvantaged individuals. Our goal is to assist in the self-development of the participants through guided instruction and counseling. The purpose of the organization is to enhance job skills while developing a more positive attitude towards life. Each of the training sessions

and seminars are designed to change the mindset from struggle to survival, from poor self-esteem to excitement for life, from dependent thinking to goal setting and self-sufficiency, and from hopelessness to empowerment for family and community. The organization has established strong partners in local businesses and government.
