ABOUT THE I LOVE STOCK ISLAND INITIATIVE:
Stock Island businesses are continually striving to make the island a better place to live, work and visit. The I Love Stock Island Initiative moves forward into a positive grass roots effort that brings the community together to make a difference. By creating pride in place we intend to help clean up Stock Island while working to retain its rustic charm.

A weekend festival is organized annually to highlight the Island’s rich heritage and cultural diversity by showcasing the culinary, entertainment, artistic and recreation options Stock Island has to offer. Create an ongoing initiative to Clean up Stock Island to make it a better place to live, work and attract tourism;

2. Unite the businesses on Stock Island to facilitate every entity working toward a common goal of pride in place;

3. Raise funds and awareness for Stock Island programs and beautification projects;

4. Organize and execute well-run events that provide a positive experience for participants, volunteers, sponsors and guests and creates a favorable impression of the community and specifically Stock Island

We’re proud to partner with Oceans Edge Resort as the official home base for the I Love Stock Island Collaborative Clean-Up happening on Saturday, June 14th from 8–11 AM!

Oceans Edge will be hosting a water-based clean-up — so grab a paddleboard or kayak, enjoy a refreshing morning on the water, and help us protect the environment we all love. 🚣‍♀️💚
