ABE is for any adult with a developmental disability who can benefit from continued instruction necessary to successfully live and participate in their community. Pa

rticipants must have graduated from school or been exited from school at age 21. Participants also include service recipients of Payne County’s residential and employment services, individuals living with supports, individuals living with a guardian, and recent high school graduates.

We’ve had a great start to the Fall Day Classes for ABE. We’ve been learning about the brain, its three main parts, and their functions! This week we made “brain hats” to show off how much information our brains can hold! I’m so lucky to get to work with these individuals! They are the best!
