We’re hosting our SECOND Repair Cafe on Saturday, January 31 from 10-1pm! Stop by to get your fix- bring clothing, home goods, wood wares, a guitar to string, tech, and more- our trusty volunteer repair folks will teach you all they know. All services are free. Comment or message us to ask about an item.

We’ll also have baked goods for sale, crafted by our Friends and talented cook book club crew. All proceeds go to the Friends to support our awesome Stillwater Public Library.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for an afternoon of Irish dancing!! Special thanks to the Wild Irish Acre Dancers directed by Terri Hughes for their phenomenal dancing and fun crowd involvement and to the Irish band the Hibernians for their terrific Irish music! The dancing was great, the fish & chips delicious and the company was delightful!! We are already excited for next year!! ☘️💃☘️

The Ceili (pronounced KAY-lee) is a family friendly event in just four days at the Stillwater Community Center. The Wild Irish Acres Dancers will be performing for your entertainment before leading the audience in group dance lesson for those who want to join! The event includes live music, raffle prizes with fish & chips and snacks available for purchase. Tickets are just $15.00 per family at the door this Saturday, March 1, at 2:00 p.m.

Our 3rd annual meat raffle will be Saturday, March 8 at the Mechanicville Elks! Doors open at 6:00 pm with the first draw at 7:00!! $10.00 Presale tickets can be purchased at the Stillwater Public Library, from a Stillwater Library Friend or via Venmo. We will be raffling off hit dogs, steak, Italian sausage, pork chops and more!! You don’t want to miss it!!
