A Story in the Making...

Meet Patrick.

Patrick is about 4–5 years old. He lives next door to the Kenyan Children's Home with his mom, dad, and two brothers.

I've known Patrick since our first trip to Kenya in January 2023. At that time, he wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. In fact, he was terrified of me. If I came too close, he would scream and run away.

When I returned in March 2023 to help build the new children's home, it was Patrick's oldest brother, Bravon, who became attached to me like glue. Every day, I looked forward to seeing him. Then, about a year ago, I received heartbreaking news: Bravon had passed away from pneumonia. I was devastated.

On this most recent trip, something had changed.

This time, it was Patrick who was attached to me like glue. Wherever I went, he was close behind. He even followed me to the crusade. While we were there, I had the privilege of teaching him how to praise our God.

Later, Patrick's mom told me a story that touched my heart.

After we arrived at the children's home, Patrick was climbing a tree in their yard so he could see over the security wall. His mom asked him what he was doing.

His response was simple:
"I am looking for the white man!"

I couldn't help but smile.

All of this reminds me that we often have no idea what kind of impact we are having on the lives of others. The small moments, the conversations, the time spent simply being present—God uses all of it.

When we are His children and faithfully follow Him, He is always at work in and through us, accomplishing His purpose in ways we may never fully see this side of heaven.

Sometimes, years later, He gives us a glimpse.

And what a blessing that glimpse can be.

Their love, joy, gratitude, excitement, and respect are unlike anything we have ever experienced.

Take Bramuel, age 15, for example. In his own words, he shared his love and appreciation. Bramuel is a strong leader. I cannot wait to see all God has in store for him. Stories like his remind us that God is doing amazing work in each of these children’s lives—and He is not finished yet.

Heavenly Father,
We lift up each and every child of the Kenya Children’s Home to You. You know them by name, see their stories, understand their needs, and delight in them as Your beloved children.

We declare Your promise of protection over them. May they run to You, for Your Word says that the righteous find safety in You. Be their refuge, their strong tower, and their shield in every circumstance (Proverbs 18:10).

We declare Your purpose over their lives. You have plans for them—plans for their welfare and not for harm, plans that give them hope and a future. May they grow to discover the unique calling and gifts You have placed within them (Jeremiah 29:11).

We declare Your comfort over every fear, sorrow, loss, and uncertainty. Even when they walk through difficult valleys, may they know that You are with them. Let Your presence bring peace, courage, and healing to their hearts (Psalm 23:4).

We declare their belonging in Your kingdom. Jesus welcomed children and blessed them. May every child know that they are wanted, treasured, and deeply loved by You (Matthew 19:14).

We declare Your support and delight over them. Rejoice over them with singing, quiet their fears with Your love, and surround them with people who reflect Your care and faithfulness (Zephaniah 3:17).

We declare wisdom for every stage of their growth. As they learn, study, and make decisions, grant them understanding, discernment, and knowledge. Give generously to them whenever they ask (James 1:5).

We declare Your direction for their futures. Go before them and walk beside them. Remove fear and confusion, and guide their steps into paths of righteousness, opportunity, and blessing (Deuteronomy 31:8).

We declare Your provision over every need—physical, emotional, educational, relational, and spiritual. According to Your riches and glory, provide all that is necessary for them to flourish and thrive (Philippians 4:19).

Lord, raise up these children to be men and women of faith, integrity, compassion, and purpose. Surround them with loving caregivers, faithful mentors, and lasting friendships. Let them grow in strength, wisdom, and favor with God and with people.
May they always know that they are seen, valued, protected, guided, provided for, and loved beyond measure.

In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Goodbye, Kenya! 🇰🇪
See you again soon.

Through church ministry, discipleship, children's ministry, Bible distribution, school ministry, evangelism, widows ministry and crusades, we have witnessed God's faithfulness at work.
Seeds were sown, hearts were drawn closer to Christ, people were healed, and lives were transformed.

Thank You, Jesus, for all You have done

Yesterday, the Kenya mission team evangelized door to door in a local village close to the children’s home.

It is beautiful here. The people are beautiful. Our God is a transforming God. His love overcomes it all. What is He wanting to transform within you?

Promise Home Kenya
Barack - 17 years old

Testimony of Gods goodness

Barack’s mom passed away when he was 2 years old. His father turned to alcohol to dull the pain and was unable to be a good father. Barack’s home became unsafe for him.

We have been praying the last several years for his father… that the chains of addiction be broken and that he turn to Jesus.

Unknowing to me, Barack’s father was in church the first weekend we were in Kenya and came up for prayer. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior!

Praise Jesus! God has been working within the heart of Barack’s father for a while. He no longer drinks alcohol and is part of a recovery group that Josephat and his wife Miriam organize.

God is ALWAYS working!
Even when we do not see it.

Barack is the student leader for his Form 3 class (junior class). God has BIG plans for him.

🩺 Medical Camp Update
Love Flows Ministry Pakistan.
In partnership with Redeemed Global Ministries.

Praise God! Today was more than a medical camp — it was a day where love reached hearts that felt forgotten.

For 80 students and staff at our school, this was the first time many received proper health check-ups, medicine, and someone who truly listened to them. With malaria and dengue spreading in our area, fear was heavy. But today, hope was heavier.

What we did together:
✅ Malaria & dengue test for every child
✅ Free medicines, vitamins, and mosquito repellents
✅ Health awareness to protect families at home
✅ Prayer, hugs, and words of encouragement for every child

Heart-Touching Testimonies:

Aster , Grade 9 – through tears:
“For 3 days I had fever and couldn’t sleep. My parents had no money for a doctor. Today you checked me, gave me medicine, and prayed for me. For the first time in days, I feel safe. Thank you for seeing me, not just my sickness."_

Samson , Grade 7 – smiling shyly:
“The doctor said I don’t have dengue. I was so scared. You also taught us how to keep our homes safe from mosquitoes. I will tell my little sister. Thank you for caring for poor kids like me."_

Mrs. Shumila , Teacher:
“Many of our students come to school hungry and sick, but they never complain. Today, Love Flows Ministry and Redeemed Global Ministries gave them dignity. You didn’t just treat their bodies — you reminded them they are loved by God. I have never seen my students smile like this."_

Keep praying with us. The need is still great, but love is greater.
