Last week we had the honor of hosting Tashia Cheves as our guest at Lions Club. She is a 2002 graduate of Stillwater High School and a proud Oklahoma State University alumna. She has spent the past 15 years building her career at OSU and currently serves as Director of Presidential Scholars within the Hargis Leadership Institute.

In her current role, Tashia directs the Horizon Scholars Program, OSU’s four-year presidential scholarship and leadership development program, and provides strategic oversight for the President’s Leadership Council, which she previously directed. She also teaches leadership courses at OSU and has spent much of her career creating experiences that challenge students to better understand themselves, develop as leaders, and make a meaningful impact on the people and communities around them.

A Stillwater Pioneer turned OSU Cowboy, Tashia has had the unique opportunity to build a career centered on investing in students in the same community that invested in her.

Introduced by Lion of Day, Richard Hawkins.

Thank you for sharing your time with us!

🌟 Meet Leadership Stillwater Class 35!

We’re excited to welcome Autumn Peeper of Arche Property Management to Leadership Stillwater Class 35! 💙

Through her work at Arche Property Management and her involvement in the Stillwater community, Autumn brings a passion for connecting with others, supporting her community, and helping make Stillwater a great place to live and work. We’re excited to see the energy, perspective, and ideas she’ll bring to the class throughout the year!

Over the next year, Class 35 will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of our community, connect with local leaders, and learn more about the people, organizations, and opportunities helping shape Stillwater’s future.
