We have tried to finish the drainage project at the corner of Kelsey and Birchwood Ct for months. It either rains or someone runs water that goes down the street into the area we are trying to dry out to finish the project. We can’t control the weather but we can ask residents to not drain their pool or run water into the street. It has been reported that water was running into the area from Birchwood Ct this evening.

A reminder that HOA Dues are due by July 1, 2026.

Due to the high chance of rain and thunder storms in the forecast for Saturday June 6th we have decided to postpone the Wedgewood HOA Annual Meeting. The annual meeting has been rescheduled for Monday June 8th. The meal will be served at 6:30 and the annual meeting will begin at 7:00. The meeting will be held at 523 N Wedgewood Dr.

With Dumpster Days approaching here are a few reminders of items that do not belong in the dumpsters.

Fill from the front to back.

Yard Waste and Tree Limbs- The city will pick up thise items.

Batteries, Paint, Oil, Gasoline or any other materials considered hazardous.

Appliances of any size or type.

Please don’t over fill the dumpsters.

If we have issues with anything listed above the program may be discontinued.

Wedgewood residents should received one of these in the mail. There are some new residents that have not because the post office returned them to us rather than delivering them. We put them back in the mail to try again today.
