Our building may be quiet without the students right now, but we are still hard at work prepping for their return. While we were putting together goodie bags full of office supplies for the new teachers who are joining the district this year, Erin from United Way of Washington County - East was using our office space to do last minute coordination for backpacks for students through Stuff the Bus. It truly does take a community to get our kids to school!

Don't miss this amazing opportunity to meet new friends and set themselves up for a successful transition to a new school. We are lucky to have this program in our area!

Tomorrow we say “Happy Trails” to Rick Robbins as he walks out of the office for the last time and into a well-earned retirement filled with golf, family, and hopefully, lots of time at the cabin.

Over the past seven years, Rick has made a huge impact at The Partnership Plan. He elevated awareness of our organization and strengthened partnerships with the community, expanded grant opportunities, and launched a five-year Mental Health Initiative that provides critical support to teachers and students following the challenges of COVID.

Rick brought vision, dedication, and passion for public education and he is leaving a lasting impact on Stillwater Area Public Schools and our community. While we will miss his leadership and jokes, we are grateful for all he has accomplished and the strong organization he leaves behind.

Please join us in thanking Rick for his years of service and wishing him nothing but birdies and boat rides in retirement!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate at the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Banquet last Friday. It is such a privilege to celebrate the incredible accomplishments, leadership, and impact of this year’s honorees.

The fun and energy at the Partnership Party last night was palpable. If you missed the big reveal between wishing Rick Robbins well in his retirement and honoring the teachers and staff that make Stillwater Area Public Schools shine, we have some incredible news to share.

We are beyond thrilled to officially introduce our new Executive Director: Heidi Louise!

Heidi brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, communications and operations, along with 2 years of service to The Partnership Plan's Board of Directors. Combined, this experience makes her perfectly positioned to continue the incredible legacy of those who served in this role before her and bring us to the next level.

We couldn't be more excited for this next chapter.

What a great year and what a wonderful night celebrating the amazing teachers and staff who make our district shine - as well as all the great programs we have been able to support this past year with the help of our community.
