Hope House The Hope House is a resource center that provides all Oklahoma foster parents with items they need when a child is placed in their home.

The Hope House is a resource center, located on the northeast corner of 8th & Duck, for Payne County foster parents. It is stocked with clothing for ages newborn through teens, plus equipment such as car seats, cribs, strollers, highchairs, etc. Foster parents will be able to get items they need when a child is placed in their home, and will have opportunities to switch out items when they are out

grown or seasons change. We are always seeking donations of new and gently-used/excellent condition clothes (new socks and underwear only) from baby to teen, baby gear (strollers, high chairs, activity centers, play mats, swings, etc.), toys, cribs, new/never used car seats and diapers. Donations of small quantities can be dropped off at the FUMC office at 7th & Duck. Please contact us to set up a time for drop-off of large items and larger quantities of items at the Hope House. We are completely volunteer-driven and rely on volunteer support to sort and organize clothes and other items, and to assist foster parent "shoppers" on our shopping days. As summer approaches, Hope House has wrapped up another wonderfully busy month. Our families were able to shop for summer clothing, shoes, and swimsuits—items that help kids get ready for the summer season.

Hope House is always grateful for donations of gently used clothing in sizes newborn through teen, and our Amazon Wish List remains an easy way to support our mission from anywhere.

Spring cleaning vibes are in the air and Hope House could use your help!

Do you have gently used kids’ clothes (newborn–teen) looking for a new home? Send them our way! We’re especially in need of shorts and lightweight pajamas.

Donations can be dropped off on Mondays at Hope House located at 802 S Duck from 9:00-11:00am. You can also drop donations at First United Methodist Church, 400 W 7th Ave, Mon-Thur 8:00am-4:00pm.

With the season switch complete and our summer clothing ready to go, Hope House wrapped up another shopping weekend with record numbers. We were honored to serve 29 families, representing 63 children.

This month brought a high demand for essentials, and we were able to give out a large number of items—including diapers, pajamas, and socks.

A weekend this big means our shelves need a refresh. Our Amazon Wish List has been updated, and we’ll be sharing a post soon with our most immediate needs for anyone who would like to help us restock.
