Financial assistance of up to $750 per year per recipient may be dispersed to someone that has been diagnosed and receiving treatment for cancer. The funds will be dispersed via reimbursement. Approved recipients must submit reimbursement form (Form B) with the corresponding receipts. Money will be granted to recipients as funds are available.
3. Expenses associated with seeking treatment such as
lodging, meals, gas, will be approved for reimbursement at each monthly meeting.
4. Recipient must have been a resident of Haskell County, Porum or Quinton for a minimum of six months--Proof required.
5. Breast Friends is associated with Stigler Health & Wellness Center, Inc..
