At yesterday’s Swiftdiamond riders annual election all current members of the board were re-elected. During the meeting there was significant discussion about people concerned with our pricing of gasoline at our clubhouse. The costs to run a remote gas pump in a poor weather location with low volume are significantly higher. While in discussions over doing a full rehabilitation on our pumps this winter and spring the treasurer updated the board that we had spent over $60000 in repairs in recent years. As noted in earlier posts the total rehab cost is estimated at $310,000. There are other hidden costs as well, credit card fees credit card security dedicated Wi-Fi connection for the pumps making sure the tanker can get in in bad weather ect.Now consider the fact we sell between 40.000 and 50,000 gallons a year. Hopefully those that are dissatisfied with our pricing can at least have a better understanding of why it’s priced the way it is. Please also consider the fact this money is all put back into our grooming and trail maintenance efforts. As always we will continue to provide the best trails possible and thank everyone for their patronage for all things club related.

******A FEW HOURS AFTER THIS ANNOUNCEMENT THE CLUB WAS INFORMED WORK ON THE PUMPS WILL START 8/17****** Pumps will by out of service beginning 8/17/26
Important information for ATVers our pumps are scheduled to be shut down on 8/24. Once what is in the tank is gone we will but shut down until the new tank and pumps are installed. It is vital that we get as much as possible out as there is significant cost in disposing of the inused fuel. I believe current price is $5.3x

We are so very humbled & grateful for what we experienced today. We took an important matter & asked for your help. Never did we imagine the response we would have. The community that stepped in to help donating to our cause . Replacing gas pumps that are no longer viable to sustain our clubs yet are vital to our community. The atv community & Snowmobile community along with the small neighborhoods around the lakes & the Coleman State Park. We called & you answered. Not just our friends, neighbors & local businesses who jumped right in but as word got around about our " "Save the Pumps " Poker Run Swift Diamond Riders Snowmobile Club & Metallak ATV Club sponsered by Ride the North , people came from near & far to help. RI, CT, Western Mass, Southern NH , all the way to Northern NH & Vt. Donating raffle prizes as well as donations. People who ride here or have camps here . People who have come to love this place just as we do. Its easy to see why. To the riders who showed up in droves today , the families who put their blood, sweat & tears into this event
today, our friends & neighbor clubs Umbagog - Millsfield ATV Club Umbagog Snowmobile Association (USA) , North Country Atv Club, our sponser Ride The North & his whole family , Granite State Power Equipment because of you all showing up for us , riding & donating we raised over $8000.00 on our poker run . We have a huge undertaking ahead of us but today we see nothing but light. The light has lifted our hearts more then you will ever know. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
