shout out to Bryan Brainer and the QA Diamondbacks. Bryan was one of Jake's teachers, and before the game he handed out red wristbands to every player and dedicated the game to Jake in the spirit of sportsmanship and team work. Such a beautiful gesture ❤️

Thank you Queen Anne's County Education Partnership we are very excited to partner with you and honored to have Jake remembered though this opportunity to support the arts ❤️

Thanks to the continued generous support from the The Jacob Sloan Foundation we are excited to announce the first annual "Love Like Jake Arts Education Grant" to support funding requests for Arts Education and Arts Integration in the classroom. This grant was developed to honor Jacob's birthday (February) and his passion for the arts. We are excited to hear your ideas for projects and materials that will foster a love for arts education for current and future students in Jacob's memory.
Please reach out with any questions or clarifications. Multiple grants may be awarded. Deadline to apply is February 16. Winners will be notified at the end of February and recognized at the March QACPS Board of Education Meeting!
