The Trout Spout is now closed for the season. We had a great run this year with minimal interruptions. Nothing better than to see all the kids and supportive parents and friends enjoying it all summer. Thanks for all your support and we'll see you next June.

Unfortunately we have to turn the water off to the pad and the restrooms today due to an issue down at the treatment plant. We have a water leak at the plant we have to repair and they are all on the same line. I'll update as soon as it's back on. We anticipate it to be today but this one is tricky.

The Pad will be open intermittently for the next couple days as we resume normal start up. The part i was waiting for came in and went in perfectly. Just a little adjusting of the chlorine and pumps and we'll be full steam ahead!

Splash Pad update. We tried to do a test run on everything two weeks ago, and the UV chamber, which is an important part of the disinfection process, had a major blowout. An internal part broke loose and sprayed water everywhere. I immediately ordered a new one and tracking says it will be here next Monday, the 16th. Very disappointed that it happened and also with Raindeck's warranty. It's totally a mechanical failure. Hopefully, I can schedule the plumber to coincide with the new parts' arrival. I'll update when I know more.

Hello Splash Pad families! We hope you and your littles enjoyed the Pad this summer. It sure was bustling with activity! With the pool closing this past weekend and all the aquatics staff done for the summer and getting ready for school, the last day for the Pad this year will be next Saturday, August 24th.
Thank you for a fantastic, successful summer of fun!

The Splash Pad is temporarily closed due to the back up cleansing system UV light going bad. There is plenty of chlorine but we can't run it without the UV treatment as well. Nothing human caused, just a mechanical thing. I'm trying to have the bulb overnighted so it will be back up and running asap.

It's up and running! Oh, and the buckets and frog are back! Thanks for all the hard work Public Works/Parks!

Getting closer to opening the Splash Pad for the season! Plumbing repairs are complete for the buckets and the frog and now looking forward to a concrete repour around the bases this week. From there we'll put the water features back, recharge the circulation tank, get chlorine flowing and be ready for summer! Stay tuned!

With the changing seasons the splash pad is officially closed until next year. Thank you all so much for your support! It was great seeing all the kids having so much fun this summer. See you next June!
