Not My Child We provide assistance to individuals recovering, support mental health, and implement and promote opioid awareness and prevention campaigns.

Mission: To provide support for individuals in recovery by empowering them with education, training, and employment opportunities, while also offering resources and guidance for families navigating the challenges of a loved one’s substance use disorder. We also provide assistance to families who have lost a loved one due to opioids.

Registration for the 4th Annual Lil’ Amp’s Bent Rods Fishing Tournament has been EXTENDED through Saturday, September 5!

If you’ve been thinking about putting a team together, now is the time — once registration closes Saturday, that’s it!

💜 Choose Hope: Support. Connection. Hope.

Not My Child’s Choose Hope programs provide FREE support for individuals and families impacted by substance use and recovery.

• Queen Anne’s County Choose Hope Support Group – Support for loved ones of someone struggling with substance use or in recovery, facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. A welcoming space for families and loved ones to connect, learn and receive support. Held at the Queen Anne's County Library Centreville Branch with a virtual option.

• Kent County Choose Hope Support Group – Support for loved ones of someone struggling with substance use or in recovery, facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. A welcoming space for families and loved ones to connect, learn and receive support. Held at the Kent Co Library Chestertown Branch.

• Choose Hope Grief Workshop Series – In partnership with Compass Hospice, these workshops support those grieving a substance use-related loss.
