This week โTrack Workout โ 5/26/2026
2 to 3 mile warmup.
2X 800 M with 90 sec rest between.
4X 400 M with 60 sec rest between each.
8X 200 M with 30 sec rest between each.
1 to 2 mile cool down.
This can be done anytime on any Track / Trail.
Hydrate/ Dress for the weather.
