The Friends of 2713 is a non profit group started in 1995 and is dedicated to the preservation of the railroad history of the Stevens Point, Wisconsin area. The club's main focus is to perserve the 4-6-2 Soo Line Pacific Class H-21 locomotive number 2713 and the Soo Line caboose number 158 that is on permanent display and located on the Southeast corner of Monroe and Business 51, near the old Soo

Line Depot in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Are second focus it to collect pictures of trains, people, building and events on the city's south side. For you serious rail fans out there the train is located at Canadian National mile marker 249. The 2713 display is also located on the historic "Yellow Stone Trail".
