โœ”๏ธ Severely Hard of Hearing or Deaf
โœ”๏ธ Speech Disability
โœ”๏ธ Mobility or Motion Disability
โœ”๏ธ Deaf and Low Vision

TEPP is funded by the Wisconsin Universal Service Fund (USF) and administered through Wisconsin's Public Service Commission.
