Last week, the Superior Federation of Teachers held their annual end of year celebration, including member retirements. It was a very moving event, particularly the celebration of former SFT President Linda West. Congratulations Linda and thank you for all your service to kids and to our union!

The National Association of Letter Carriers is holding a food drive to Stamp Out Hunger this Saturday. Given the awful cuts in food aid from this presidential administration, supporting each other has never been more important. Here's how it works: put a bag of non-perishable food next to your mailbox on Saturday, and your NALC letter carrier will pick it up. That's it!
