Alexandra is serving as president of our College Democrats chapter while studying Political Science and Spanish, she also works as an Environmental Health Specialist, and a desk receptionist for Watson Hall.
Her approach is all about making a space where everyone feels welcome, whether it’s through organizing events, encouraging collaboration, or simply sharing time together. For her, there’s always room for one more at the table, and that spirit of openness is what she hopes will guide the chapter this year.
Outside of her studies and work, Alexandra enjoys knitting, cooking, watching Formula 1, and staying connected with her church community.
This year, she’s looking forward to helping the chapter move forward with compassion, creativity, and connection. 💙

The College Democrats of UW-Stevens Point are standing alongside the Madison community after the killing of Corey Durell Ruiz. We stand in solidarity with as they support their campus through this tragedy. Their advocacy, presence, and leadership in this moment reflect the values we share across our statewide Democratic community.

We join the call for a full, independent, and transparent investigation. Every person deserves clear answers when deadly force is used. Without delay, obstruction, or excess. Accountability must be the expectation, not the exception.

As students and organizers, we remain committed to pushing for systems that prioritize de-escalation, dignity, and safety for everyone. We will continue to stand with campus and community organizations, community leaders, and statewide partners working toward justice, transparency, and meaningful reform.

Our hearts are with Corey’s loved ones, the Madison community, and everyone affected by this violence. Anyone impacted by this tragedy should seek support, whether through campus resources ( ), community organizations, or trusted networks ( ). No one should carry this alone.
