🔧 Instructor Spotlight: Meet Chad! 🛠️

We’re excited to introduce Chad Johnston, one of our Jefferson County JVS Special Interest instructors!

Chad is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and has been teaching Small Engine Repair through our Special Interest Program for over five years!

When he isn’t teaching, Chad stays busy running his own farm and refurbishing houses. Between chasing farm animals and working on houses, he says he doesn't have much free time! 😂

But when he does find some, he enjoys "long walks on short roads!" 😁

Chad has been with our program for several years now, helping students learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair small engines. We’re happy to have him back each term to continue sharing his knowledge with our students!

📸 We figured there was no better place to take Chad's picture than in his natural environment! This is actually where we hold our Small Engine Repair classes, giving students the opportunity to learn and work on engines firsthand.

We’re lucky to have Chad as part of our Special Interest Program, and we appreciate the time he takes out of his busy schedule to teach our students! ❤️
