Where do you live?

All too often, as much as we want to live in the No Fear Zone, for most of us, it's a place we visit instead of live. If you find yourself talking yourself out of fear regularly, perhaps there a piece of your daily mindset prep that needs strengthened.

I know this firsthand - because I lived it for many years.

What to you do to keep yourself from living in a state of fear, anxiety or overwhelm?

Set the Superhero Inside You Free.

Inside all of us is a superhero waiting to come out and play. We all want to be someone’s hero, but you don’t have to pull someone from a fire or get a cat out of a 30-foot tree to be a hero.

It’s really much simpler than that. A hero is someone who can be looked up to for their actions. In fact, the best heroes are ordinary people who make themselves extraordinary by the things that they do for others with genuine care.

Here’s some simple things that you can do to be a hero for someone:

~Always be the best version of yourself.
~Be there for others with genuine care and honest intentions when they need you.
~Add value to all the things you can do. If you can make it better, why not do it.
~Remind yourself regularly that you are a hero. Here’s an affirmation example:
~I share my unique gifts with the world to help others heal, grow, and love. I am an everyday hero!
~You have great power within you. You can make a positive impact by simply being the positive change you want to see.

Are you an overthinker?

Have you spent so much time weighing pros and cons that you miss out on opportunities?

There is great power in saying yes. Check out these great points from a Forbes article I ran across while researching the power of yes. All of which I have found to be quite true both in my professional and personal life.

1. Saying yes makes you a better listener.
2. Saying yes encourages originality.
3. Saying yes empowers teams.
4. Saying yes is risky. Saying no is riskier.
