Dear Residents & Members,
Severe weather, including high winds, is expected in our area tomorrow. We encourage all residents to take appropriate precautions in advance of the storm. Please take a few moments to prepare by doing the following:
Secure Loose Items
Please secure or bring inside any loose outdoor items such as patio furniture, umbrellas, decorations, or other items that may become airborne in strong winds.
Emergency Situations
Call 911 immediately if there is a life-safety emergency, injury, fire, blocked roadway, or a downed power line.
Utilities
If electrical wires or other utility services are involved, please contact the appropriate utility provider directly.
Fallen Trees or Large Branches
Report fallen trees or large branches to [email protected]. Please include the address, photos if possible, and indicate the severity of the situation (for example, whether it poses an immediate threat).
Insurance
If a tree or limb impacts your home, vehicle, or other personal property, please contact your personal insurance carrier.
Trash & Recycling
Please secure your trash and recycling containers to help prevent debris and litter throughout the community.
We appreciate your assistance in helping reduce storm-related hazards and debris throughout the community.
Please stay safe and exercise caution during the storm.
