Our 31st Season will soon be announced, and we are seeking candidates like you to join our Board of Directors! This year, four positions will be open for election.

We’re looking for friendly, motivated, creative, and collaborative candidates interested in shaping our group’s policies, operations, and artistic direction. Elections will be held at the annual meeting in September.

Send us an email with any questions, or simply submit a paragraph of 125 words by July 1, 2026, to declare your candidacy. Tell us about yourself and your desire to serve. Send your submission to [email protected].

Board members serve 3-year terms, meet one evening a month, and join one or more committees of their choice. Interested parties are welcome to attend Board meetings to get a feel for Board membership. If you are interested in attending a meeting, please reach out for more details.

Sterling Playwriters will meet this Saturday, June 6 from 2-5pm at the Cascades Library in Meeting Room D for their Productivity Session. Bring your laptop for some dedicated group productivity and writing time ✍️

The Sterling Playwriters is a group for anyone interested in writing original plays and musicals. This group gives feedback to each other's work, workshops new ideas, and prepares full scripts for staged readings. For more information, email [email protected].
