It’s been a busy week for your Sterling firefighters. Since last Friday the SFD has responded to 64 calls for service which included multiple serious medical calls, motor vehicle accidents, fire alarm activations and two building fires-a 2nd alarm fire in Paxton (pictured) and a 2nd Alarm in Bolton

Sterling Engine 4, Ladder 1 and Car 1 responded overnight to a residential structure fire at 132 Mirick Road in Princeton. SFD crews were put to work on the 2nd floor, where they discovered fire spreading in an interior wall and extinguished the same
