Important Information for the Sugarland Run Townhouses Owners Association: The Delivery and Swap Process for New Equipment (64 Gallons and Recycling bins) from American Disposal Services!

The delivery and swap process for the Townhomes community is scheduled for June 10th, 11th, and 12th. It's crucial to note that the delivery crews responsible for the "container swap" will differ from those who typically collect or empty the material. Additionally, I want to emphasize that it is essential for residents to place their existing American Disposal Services containers at the curb either the night before or no later than 6 am on June 10th. These containers should remain at the curb until all the swaps are completed throughout these three days.

January is over. Now that you've stopped going to the gym, consider attending the THOA meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from the comfort of your home instead!

Still want to feel like you are making something of your 2024? Consider running for the SRTHOA Board of Directors where you can give back to your community with just a 2-4 hour per month commitment. A call for candidates will be hitting your mailbox soon and we need responsible community members to run for the THOA Board.

2023 Annual Meeting update:

Unfortunately only 44 of the required 72 ballots (10% of the homeowners) were returned prior to the 5/10 annual meeting. This means that quorum was not met and we were unable to call the annual meeting to order

What does this mean for the community?

In terms of continued operations, the SRTHOA Board can move forward with the current members who are willing to continue supporting our community.

The management office will reach out to write-in candidates that are in good-standing to confirm interest in joining the SRTHOA Board. The remaining board members can vote to appoint some, all or none of these residents to join the SRTHOA Board.

We implore THOA residents and owners to attend our monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and learn more about how our community and help us make it an even more friendly and appealing place than it already is.

As of 3pm, we only have 40 of the 72 minimum required ballots in order to hold an annual meeting. We will be accepting ballots up until the meeting starts, so please submit.
