Friends of Claude Moore Park Welcome to Claude Moore Park! Claude Moore Park is located in eastern Loudoun County.

The northern park entrance, Old Vestal's Gap Road, provides access to the Visitor Center, natural areas, and Lanesville Historic District. The southern park entrance, Loudoun Park Lane, provides access to the Sportsplex (46150 Loudoun Park Lane), the Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum, the Claude Moore Recreation Center and Claude Moore Community Center. All of the park’s programs are designed to foster an appreciation of Loudoun County's natural and cultural resources in a fun, informative manner.
