Big things are happening at Elaine Thompson Elementary!
We are officially looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated parents to join our PTA Board for the 2026-2027 school year! Whether you’re a social media wiz, enjoy fundraising or someone who wants to make sure our kids have the best events—we need YOU. Joining the board is the best way to have a direct seat at the table in shaping our tigershark school experience.

We’re excited to invite you to support Elaine Thompson Elementary School at a special Black History Month community fundraiser happening February 24–27.

Head down to Ms. Peach’s Southern Kitchen (20789 Great Falls Plaza #176, Sterling, VA) and enjoy some delicious southern comfort food with family and friends. From hearty classics to sweet treats, it’s a great way to share a meal while giving back.

The best part? 10% of all proceeds during these dates will be donated directly to Elaine Thompson Elementary School to support our students and school programs.

This is an easy (and tasty!) way to make a difference. We encourage you to:
• Dine in or grab takeout
• Invite friends and family
• Spread the word

Let’s come together as a school community and make this fundraiser a success!
