Hi, Rotarians! Major Alert!

Dick Linville has the program this week, and he is inviting us to meet and tour his son’s feed mill residence downtown, rather than going to the CGH Cafeteria.

Location information: This is at 201 3rd Avenue in Sterling, at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Second Street. This is down the block from the Sterling Coliseum. Just look for the silos and you can’t miss it. Parking is available on the street and across the street in the city lot.

See you Thursday, 7 a.m., at the feed mill residence!

We will miss our wonderful Rotary exchange student, Ted. Here's what he said about his experience in the US: "Today my exchange year in US comes to an end. I will have to say thank you to all the Rotarians first, without them, I wouldn't be able to have such an amazing year in US. I really enjoyed the year in America, it is the most amazing year In my life so far. And yes, I have to come back to Taiwan. One day, when I have enough money, I will come back to visit you all. I'm going to miss everything there.....not goodbye but see you later." Ted, we loved getting to know you and can't wait to see you again!

Twin Cities Sunrise Rotary Club wrapped up an outstanding year at our Annual Dinner on June 26! We have worked hard to support our Child Advocacy Center, April House, where abused children are interviewed prior to court proceedings, with cash and with labor! We also supported 4 kids in need to attend YMCA Camp Benson and held a very successful fundraiser with Magician Gary Carson. We recognized our outgoing President, Dean Ahlers, with a standing ovation, and introduced officers for the coming year. Rotary: Making a difference in our community!
