Some spend it making sure everyone else is fed first.

Today, we’re thankful for the moms, grandmothers, teachers, neighbors, and caregivers who quietly hold families together every single day.

At HRTS, we see that love in action all the time.
At Backpack Buddies, packing events.
In donation drives.
In bags delivered to schools.

Happy Mother’s Day to the people who keep showing up for others. Sterling is stronger because of you.

Most people don’t realize this.

Each weekend, over 300 students in Sterling rely on Backpack Buddies for food when school meals aren’t available.

Thanks to volunteers and donors, these bags go home with kids every Friday.
