What positive coping strategy do you employ to help you? I journal. Journal therapy helps by permitting the individual to vent on paper, set goals, write out their dreams and identify patterns of thinking/behavior(s) that support positive coping. Writing out what works well for you becomes a point of reference for if and when the situation comes back around. Giving yourself kudos for making positive changes is a plus! Self-care is a plus and knowing your limitations in trying situations helps you sidestep potentially stressful areas. Above all, seek God's help and guidance. He will never steer you wrong!
