We are working with Dr. Seckin, author of The Doctor Will See You Now, and his amazing Director Erik Rieloff to produce a documentary about endometriosis and all those impacted.

The fructose they contain reaches the muscles directly and is immediately converted into energy. So an apple is a healthy source of energy that's also packed with vitamins.
The feeling of being awake lasts about as long as it takes the body to metabolize the apple and the cycle of energy reflects that of a bell curve instead of a pyramid like caffeine.
