Today’s officer post goes out to Hayleigh Sutherland! Hayleigh is from Justin Tx, and has been a part of this team for just over a semester! Hayleigh joined the BBQ team to learn something new and challenge herself, she felt it would be a fun way to build skills and be apart of a team! Even though she doesn’t have a lot of experience under her belt, Hayleigh has jumped in and helped out so much, and this organization truly wouldn’t be the same without her! We’re so thankful for her hard work, willingness to learn, and everything she brings to the team!💜🤍

Today’s officer post goes out to our secretary Shyann Roberson! Shyann is from Jourdanton, Tx and joined the organization last year! Shyann joined the Tarleton BBQ Association because BBQ has always been a big part of her life growing up. It reminds her of family, time outside, and being around people who care about good food and good company. Shyann wanted to be part of a community on campus that shares that same love and tradition, and it felt like the perfect place to meet people, learn more, and stay connected to something that feels like home. A fun fact for Shyann is she has a dachshund named lily who she loves with all her heart! We’re so grateful for Shyann and all the love, hard work, and heart she pours into this organization!💜🤍

Zach joined the BBQ Association because he grew up smoking BBQ and wanted to be part of a community that shared that same passion. It gave him the opportunity to connect with people who enjoy BBQ as much as he does! Zach loves learning new skills, and being involved in something he genuinely care about. Zach has become such a valued part of this team, and we’re beyond thankful for everything he does for this organization. His hard work, dedication, and passion for BBQ do not go unnoticed, and we truly couldn’t do it without him!💜🤍
