Merry Christmas and Happy New year!🎄🎇
I’m not sure if I’ve ever formally introduced myself, but I’m Emily McAdow, founder of the Pinecone Dash Foundation and Julie’s daughter.

I apologize for being so absent since our Spring event, it’s been quite the year! With that being said, I will be starting to put together next year’s event for a tentative date of October 11, 2025.

There will be a couple main changes, it will be a fun run only, and the location is still undetermined. 100% Proceeds will still be given as EMT scholarships.
We would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions in what you’d like to see!
