⚾ Request for Proposals – Baseball Field Refurbishment ⚾

FCNLL is currently seeking estimates/proposals from qualified contractors or companies interested in refurbishing three baseball fields located at:

5100 Passage Road
Stephens City, VA 22655

We are looking to have the following work completed:

🔵Top-dress and recondition the soil on the fields
🔵Add sod to the Hisey Field and McDonald Field
🔵Edge and properly define the infields
🔵Verify and set bases to the appropriate Little League distances
🔵Verify and properly set the pitching mounds to the appropriate distances and specifications
🔵Ensure the foul lines are properly established and set
🔵Overall field grading, conditioning, and preparation to improve the playing surfaces and appearance of all three fields

We are looking for contractors with experience in baseball field construction, renovation, turf management, or athletic field maintenance.

🌿🚜PRESEASON FIELD PREP @ PASSAGE ROAD 🚜🌿

Saturday, August 15th & Sunday, August 16th at 9am -- Come ready to work the fields at Passage in preparation for the season, beginning at 9am and lasting throughout the day. Your help is greatly appreciated!

All tools and equipment will be provided. Volunteers should bring gloves, protective eyewear and hearing protection.

The fields at Passage Road are used by FCNLL and maintained by the volunteers of our league. We will need your help this season!! Tasks include but are not limited to:

☑ mowing
☑ dragging infield
☑ weeding
☑ spraying
☑ emptying trash
☑ lining fields

👉Practices begin the week of August 17th and Games the week of September 8th!

Congratulations to the Wi******er Royals on capturing the 2026 Valley Baseball League Championship! 🏆⚾

A huge thank you to the Royals for hosting Little League Night and creating such a memorable evening for our players and families. From pregame autographs, sharing the field with our friends from Frederick County American Little League (FCALL), to throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, it was a night that celebrated everything we love about baseball—community, friendship, and creating lifelong memories.
