Hey Sentinels, for those who haven’t turned in gear drawn from TCYFL, here is an opportunity. Reminder failure to turn gear in will eventually lead to financial penalties. Turn in at the TCYFL Warehouse on Saturday, 22 Nov 10-1 pm. Read more below .

ON JANUARY 1ST 2026, ANY PLAYER WITH UNRETURNED WILL BE BILLED $350.00 AND will not be eligible to participate in any TCYFL EVENT/SEASON until gear is returned or bill paid!!!

LATE FEES- Any gear returned on or after 1/1/26

1) Gear returned between 1/1 - 2/1 $50 late fee and no $350 bill

2) Gear returned between 2/2 - 3/1 $175 late fee and no $350 bill

3) Gear returned after 3/2/26 $350 late fee and $350 Bill Plus your Player will not be eligible to participate in any TCYFL EVENT/SEASON until late fee/Bill is PAID!!

4) All charges for equipment damage or missing equipment will be assessed when equipment is turned in and at current market replacement costs!

If you are unable to make it to the league gear return date's, please reach out to your Franchise Head Coach to avoid any late fees.

Hello All,

The football photos are now ready. I am still waiting for a few players on teams so I can finalize team photos. Albums are unlocked if your photos have already been paid for. You are still welcome to purchase photos and once the payment comes through the album will be unlocked. If there are any issues or you notice that you paid, but your album was not unlocked, feel free to message me at 253-226-9830 or you can send an email to [email protected] .

Attached is the link to where you access your photos. No need to take screenshots unless you want a low resolution image. Once you click on the photos, if you’re on your cell phone, you can hold down on the photo to download a high resolution image or if you’re on a computer follow the prompts to download your photo located beneath each image.

I am looking forward to working with the cheerleaders next week and once I finish their photos, I will have another email sent out letting parents know. Currently the plan for the cheerleaders next week is:

Monday- SJV
Tuesday- SV
Thursday- Flag, Minors and MJV

Football and Cheerleaders players in need of photos due to missed a missed day or a prearranged retake as well as sibling or buddy photos are welcome on any of those days.
