Hi Baseball Families!
We're getting ready for our summer home games, and we need your help to keep the concession stand running smoothly.
Each home game requires at least two families to volunteer in concessions to make the evening successful. This is an important part of supporting our teams and helping raise funds for the season.
I've created a schedule with available dates, and I'm asking each family to sign up for a time that works best for them. One concession slot equals one family, and ideally we would like four people working each shift to keep things running efficiently.
Please note that even if your child is not participating in a particular game, we are still asking every family to sign up for at least one concession shift. Our baseball program thrives when families come together to support all of our athletes. Volunteering is an important way to demonstrate community involvement and gives us an opportunity to model teamwork, service, and quality support for our children. We encourage families to view this as a chance to mentor their children by showing the value of contributing to the success of the entire program.
Please also take note of the Babe Ruth Tournament being held in Steele this year. We are asking every family to make at least one day available to work during the tournament. This is a great opportunity to come together as a baseball community and represent Steele with pride while helping make the event a success.
If you do not sign up for a concession slot, you will be assigned to an open game at random in order to complete the schedule. Please help us avoid last-minute assignments by claiming your spot as soon as possible.
