Opioid Community Advisory Committee Seeking New Members

The Stearns County Opioid Community Advisory Committee will be adding new members to replace those who have resigned or finished their term. Several spots will be open starting in 2027. We are looking for people from different backgrounds who can share professional or personal experience to help guide work related to opioid prevention, harm reduction, and recovery. The committee meets quarterly, and members receive mileage and a small stipend.

Let’s Talk About Substance Abuse & Mental Health

No one should have to face mental health challenges or substance use alone. Recovery is possible, hope is real, and asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness.

Together, we can break the stigma, support one another, and build a healthier, stronger community. One conversation can truly change a life.

Please share this message—you never know who may need to hear it today.
