Are you a cottage food producers in NW Colorado? Did you take your food safety course with CSU Extension?

We are offering an IN PERSON option for the Cottage Food Update class in Steamboat Springs on November 14. This class is required for all certificate holders, and covers changes coming in 2027 as a result of the Tamale Act that passed earlier this year. We will cover information that impact all producers, including changes to labeling, regulation, and the new registration system, as well as the expansion of eligible foods and food safety regarding time and temperature controlled foods.
